• Personally coached by former pros/D1 GKs: David Alcala (D1: St Francis BK, 4th Division Spain, UEFA C License and GK License, USSF GK License), and Max Kaplan (D1: University of Memphis, GK coach at NYU), and more

• Administered by Sebastiano and Alex

• 1-hour group sessions for realistic, game-like reps - 4 gks per group.

• Biweekly Zoom calls with Alex covering topics such as: 1v1s, High Balls, Short/Long Range Distribution, etc.

• Sessions at: Randall’s Island, Pier 40, Pier 42, Pier 5, Frederick Douglass Playground, Queens College, Met Oval, Parade Grounds M/T/W/F Afternoon & Evenings, and Sunday Mornings & Afternoons.

• Based on Alex’s current pro training methods and Seba’s goalkeeper-specific principles

• Heavy focus on speed, reaction, technique, positioning, and decision-making
